Treynor Family Recreation Complex
This project started when a group of volunteers organized to form a 501C3 nonprofit int 2011. A community survey was completed to determine the needs and desires of the local community. Three sites were evaluated and ultimately 63 acres was purchased across from the High School on Highway 92. Scott was a founding member of the Vision Treynor Group and has been involved in all aspects of planning, fundraising, design and construction from the beginning.

SUMMARY
The Treynor Family Recreation Complex is a transformative park project meant to provide needed amenities to the community of Treynor. The park will ultimately include 4 little league baseball fields 2 full size soccer fields, a half mile roadway with utilities, parking lots, a memorial trailhead, a splashpad, an accessible playground, and other amenities. Scott completed final design documents for the first phase grading and assisted with master planning, fundraising and construction coordination. The 63 acre project includes an area that was sold to a developer for the development of 29 single family lots. The project includes another parcel that is planned to facilitate an additional 21 residential lots. Scott has been involved since the initial planning phases of the project which began in 2012 through today, with a family concession and restroom pavilion, splashpad, and memorial trailhead planned for construction in 2023.
